Payment issues

If a payment is captured but credits are missing, contact support before paying again. Duplicate callbacks do not grant duplicate credits.

Refund requests

Contact support to request a review of unused credits or a service or payment problem. Refund decisions depend on usage, the circumstances of the request and applicable consumer rights. Provider-confirmed refunds pause the account until credits are reconciled. No automatic refund is promised by this page.
